Jeff Sandberg represents creditors/lenders in Dallas bankruptcy cases.  Jeff holds a J.D. summa cum laude,

MBA and CPA, and is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law.  Following his graduation from law school in 1994,

Jeff was a Briefing Attorney at the Fifth District Court of Appeals at Dallas, Texas in 1995 and 1996. 

Since leaving the Dallas Court of Appeals to enter private practice in Dallas, Jeff has served as an Associate

and Shareholder/Partner in Dallas business/bankruptcy boutique law firms.  Jeff focuses his practice

in Texas courts, including bankruptcy courts located in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Plano, and Sherman.

Jeff prepares Proofs of Claims for clients, attends Section 341 (creditors') meetings and handles bankruptcy litigation matters.  

Jeff has successfully represented creditors and lenders in bankruptcy proceedings such as motions to lift the bankruptcy stay,

objections to reorganization plans, objections to the discharge and obtaining adequate protection payments while the debtor utilizes

 collateral during the reorganization plan confirmation process.  Jeff has also successfully defended preferential transfer, avoidance

and fraudulent transfer claims.

Jeff practices as part of a Dallas bankruptcy/business boutique, Palmer & Manuel, LLP.  Before becoming an  attorney,

Jeff was employed as a CPA by a national CPA firm and a Fortune 50 beverage/snack food manufacturer and

restaurant operator/franchisor. After obtaining an MBA from the University of Dallas, Jeff was employed as a

Senior Vice President with a multi-regional banking corporation involving its real estate, mineral interests and loan portfolio.
